Fabian Reed Ground Works Ltd is a privately-owned main contractor working from Bexhill across East Sussex, the South East and London. We deliver groundworks, commercial construction and renovation for local authorities, commercial clients and private residential schemes — at a scale where the people who price the job are still on the phone when it is built.

- Main contracting. End-to-end build delivery for local authorities, schools, sheltered housing and commercial clients: programme, procurement, trade management, certification.

- External & specialist works. Resin-bound surfacing, tarmac, EV charge-bay civils, garden structures, timber and sleeper landscaping.
We work closely with clients and their professional teams to deliver projects to programme and budget. Our team has experience and knowledge in commercial and domestic renovation; we understand your needs and the environment in which you do business. In practice that means a qualified Quantity Surveyor pricing every job against the same rate book, a contracts manager keeping the programme honest, and an administrative function that issues the paperwork before it is asked for.
On larger jobs we draw on a tested pool of sub-contractors we have worked with for years. Out-of-hours and emergency work is available by arrangement — the same operatives, the same standards.

We are ready, qualified and insured to take the work on.
